- Cloud Technologies and Development: Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including infrastructure as code management using Terraform and Git for deployment and configuration automation. Proficiency in Kubernetes for managing containerized applications.
- Management and Support: Extensive experience in IT infrastructure management including service request management and user support. Experience with virtualization management systems like VmWare, as well as backup and data recovery tools like Veeam.
- Communication and Collaboration: Experience working in a team environment, as well as effectively communicating with colleagues and clients. Experience collaborating with colleagues from different departments to solve problems and achieve business goals. Proficiency in collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams for efficient information exchange and teamwork.
